Tamás Nagy was the architect of the Petőfi Sándor Lutheran High School in Aszód, a landmark of Hungarian brick architecture. When we were approached with a request to create a memorial wall in the central plaza, we immediately began exploring the possibilities inherent in brick structures. The school’s walls are reinforced by the former renowned students and teachers of this historic institution, represented as bricks.
